👋 About Me

I’m a senior software engineer with 6+ years of experience building production backend and applied AI systems across airline, e-commerce, and healthcare platforms. I work remotely from Lahore, Pakistan and collaborate with teams in the United States, Belgium, Europe, and Latin America.

At OnService.AI, I build Python services and LLM-powered passenger experiences for airline clients including World2Fly and LASER Airlines. My work connects conversational agents with KIU PSS and airline systems for booking information, payments, check-in, flight changes, ancillary services, and passenger support.

Previously at Trafilea, I built a production NL-to-SQL agent used by leadership and marketing teams to query campaign data across 30+ tables. I also architected a hierarchical LangGraph budget copilot reasoning over approximately $5M in monthly advertising spend across brands, countries, and channels.

Before that, I spent four years at Awell Health, owning core APIs and event-driven systems that supported 100K+ clinical workflows per month as the company grew beyond $1M ARR.
